Scanning Parameters (Channels)

z Under the Acquire tab, select Scan to

access the Scan Control Dialogue.

z Select the Channels tab, set pinhole

for each channel. Start at 1 Airy Unit

for best resolution. Make sure multiple

channels have the same Optical Slice;

adjust pinhole as necessary.

z Adjust the Detector Gain, maximum

sensitivity, and the Amplifier Offset,

minimum intensity, for image settings.
