then click Find again so that two fluorescences are displayed.

Click the last channel button, then click Find yet again

so that all three fluorescences are displayed.

 Click Find anytime you wish software to

attempt to set brightness/contrast for you (e.g. after

changing Scan Speed in Scan Control window).

c. To make adjustments to X, Y, and Z coordinates (to image the

precise area and focal plane of interest), click Fast XY button

(fastest scanning mode), then

adjust Z (focal plane imaged),

either by turning fine focus knob

on scope or by clicking up and

down arrows under Focus.

The increment of change with

each click is adjusted with

Focus step slider.

Adjust X and Y (area imaged) by

clicking up, down, left, and

right arrows under Stage XY

(with Fast XY scanning still on).

The increment of change with

each click is adjusted

with XY step slider.
